RecommendedQuality came out in 2 days, removed, and re-wrapped a fascia board on my 2-story home. They matched a competitor’s pricing, were very timely, and professional. Shout out to Ray, Amber, and Phillip!!

Aweful communication. Horrible experience with the "project manager" we were with. The contractor they sent out were nice enough to work with, the people that he sent out were not my favorite but got the job done. Had bills sent to me from one of the companies they sent in cause it wasn't paid on time. The project manage was supposed to come back and checked the finished work and he never did. Over all it was just not a good time and I would never make that choice again.

You expressed to our office manager that you were angry the installer did not notify you when he finished for the day. This level of constant notifications would be unusual in the construction industry. Quality Built did a superb job on our recent Pergola build. They went above and beyond with their added touches, attention to detail and expert craftsmanship. My husband and I came to them with an idea in our heads for this custom pergola that we wanted and they helped customize the drawing and brought our vision to life amazingly! We have had three jobs done our house by the folks at Quality Built Exteriors. Gerald Massengill was great and got us all set up to finish the siding replacement and vinyl wrapping of the world trim. Work was done very quickly and neatly. I had 4 exterior doors and frames replaced, and damage found under one door was repaired very professionally. All work was approved before initiation, and reviewed after completion.
