What great customer service. It was a real pleasure doing business with Quality Auto. . We brought our trade, while they looked at it my trade in, my wife and I went for a test drive in a well maintained 2016 Nissan Juke. The car drove great. . In a few minutes an agreement was done and in about 30 minutes we proceed home in our Nissan Juke. We would definitely recommend them.

On October 6, 2020, I took a leap of faith and purchased a vehicle that was out of state on line without benefit of an “in person” inspection for the first time in my 30+ years of driving. I bought my 2003 BMW from Patrick and the day we went to test drive the convertible top stopped working. Patrick assured me they would fix the problem and I just need to bring it back once the part came in and they would fix it. I drove it fro a week and noticed a few minor things that needed some attention, When Patrick called me I told him about the minor issues and was concerned they would not be fixed.
