I bought a car and the service was nice however, one lady inside t asked us if we wanted the contract to be sent to a bank, I said no and she promised she would not send our contract to a bank. She wrote in the file what we agreed. So a few months after I applied for a mortgage and then received a call that my car contract was sold to a bank in Florida. Bought a truck which was to be fixed, minor detail, well been 5 months and they never fixed it. Same day I took it out the thing broke down same day, had to pay mechanic to fix it. They didn’t care or reimburse cost. Bad customer service and rude calls when you are close to the due date of payment.
