The girls are wonderful there. Did everything they could to get us in a vehicle but my credit not best and when my husband gave a bad review then Chris told us to remove that sh** off about Quality Auto. Buy from the girls lot not from the other lots.

They're somewhat fair in their dealings. Just be mindful of potential issues when buying a vehicle from them. They will help you with the financing but if you do a BHPH, the interest rate on the loan is around 26%. Get financing from an outside source, if you can. at first, they did help me but paid the price for it, in extra money spend from interest. You have to go on an adventure to get ahold of the owner, in order to pick up the title. I forgot to mention that some of the cars run ok but others I won't even drive to the gas station at the corner of Whitehall and MLK Blvd. At first, the owner was an alright fellow but at this point, I wouldn't even buy a tire from him, if he were selling them. That's all that I have to say about that.

Got a great deal on a great Ford FX2! Everybody was friendly and informative. Very easy process! Marion is a great salesman! Will definitely recommend and purchase from them again!
Sold me a wrecked truck with clean car fax, guy is a con artist , truck lasted a year before I sent loads of money yet could never find the problem, I'd give negative stars if I could
