After months of waiting and several phone calls to follow up including being hung up on twice today, .... we STILL do not have a title. We were told just now that the title lady is never in so it’s not Crystal’s fault that there still is no title. Our temp tags have again expired which seems to be no concern to anyone there. I bought a 2004 Volkswagen Passat February 25th and the car is already gone , it won’t run or anything , the last time I drove it all the lights on the dashboard came on and it started smoking , and now it won’t even run , I got two mechanics to look at it and the whole transmissions gone ( when we called Quality auto they said they just put a new one in which is a whole lie) the mechanics said that transmission isn’t new and they are surprised is even drove off the lot !!! This is not a recommendation. This is a warning. From our experience (in a hardship, nonetheless!), we were deceived, taken advantage of, and worst of all, lied to. This dealership knowingly pawned off an unworthy vehicle. Timing and manipulation worked in their favor and because of our trust (and stupidity!) in good business practices, we have a LEMON.
