Professional and Fair. When I called Quality Appliance Repair, a very pleasant lady answered the phone and took my order. The technician Ken called within 30 minutes and I described the problem to him over the phone. He said he knew what part he needed and would be seeing me within the hour. He was at my house in less than the hour with the part in his hand. My dryer was fixed, and Ken could not have been more pleasant. This was a good experience from beginning to end.

Absolutely Fantastic! I've had a lot of different companies doing service at my house, but this is the only one I can really call an excellent appliance repair service. They repaired my dishwasher the same day and then cleaned the coil on my refrigerator for free. WOW. Will recommend to everyone.

I called this appliance repair service company because of the 5 star rating, and all the reviews I read that were positive. I was thinking that everything sounded to good to be true. Well, from my experience they lived up to everything I saw and read, and I will be using their service from now on.

I Would Highly Recommend Quality Appliance Repair – Had an issue with water leaking in our refrigerator and called Quality Appliance Repair based on their reviews. They lived up to every positive review and then some. The repairman arrived during his scheduled window, knew exactly what the problem was, and efficiently fixed it. He was friendly, courteous, and thoroughly professional. I would highly recommend them.

Professional and knowledgeable. Had a great experience with this company. My washer was diagnosed and fixed in a very timely manner. It has been over a month now and its still running great. The technician was courteous and knew exactly what was needed to be done to complete the job. Thanks for the fast appliance repair service and superior quality of work. I now have a problem with my refrigerator, and I will be calling them out for the second time.

Great Appliance Repair Service – I was first of all surprised when I called quality appliance repair for appliance repair service very early in the morning (like before 7) and someone answered. She was really nice and scheduled an appointment for me, saying the technician would call with an exact window. He called about 40 minutes later with the time frame of 10-12. He called to tell me when he was on his way, and again to let me know he was stuck in traffic, and would be a little later than he said. Seems like common courte... read more
