I would recommend this company for their great customer service. The tech gave me a lot of insight about the systems and the camelback cricket. They do exactly what is expected and more by explaining and showing you the problems in your home. Will always use them. Once again great all around service.

I had all the vents in my house cleaned and sanitized. The person who came, Sonny, did a wonderful job. He did not disturb me in my work, stayed several hours, found mold, which I had suspected, and cleaned it up wonderfully. He was very polite and courteous and I am very pleased with the outcome. Already, I am not sneezing like I use to in the morning. Good job all around!

Dear Quality Air Solutions, This is just a thank you for all the extra work Mr. McHale performed for us. We had a birds nest in our bathroom vent and it was very disturbing to us. After cleaning our ducts for several hours, Mr. McHale offered to get rid of the nest and didn't even charge us for the time. This is the old fashion service that we don't see very much of today. Please share this with Mr. McHale.

Dear Brandon, Thanks for all the extra efforts on our three systems. I think you did an outstanding job and well worth the money. To whom it may concern, We are very pleased with the honesty and integrity of your technicians. They arrived on time and while looking over the system advised us that it really would be no advantage to clean the ducts at this time. We were about to have our floors refinished in a couple of month and they recommended holding off until after the floors were done because of the dust. I felt bad having them out and not paying them for any service. I will have you back after the floors are done and thank you for helping us out.

Quality Air Solutions, Your service technicians arrived on time in the scheduled window. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do and went about their work in a very professional manner. I had ducts cleaned the year before by another company but, your service was far superior in the amount of dust, debris, etc. They cleaned out. They did an especially good job on the dryer vent. I will use your company again.

Quality Air Solutions came just after the scheduled time but, ready to go. They were in and out of our house in less than two hours. They took all the trash with them and did a thorough job of cleaning our ducts. The technician also recommended additions steps we can take to maintain our air quality, which was greatly appreciated and something we intend to act upon.
