The receptionist who answered the phone was rude and not helpful. She said she could not help me with my issue (we have a dead bird in my dryer vent), because it was a "disgusting job." I needed help and she was not even able to give me a referral. Call animal control, was her answer.
Sonny came and cleaned the ductwork in our home and in one of our rentals in Virginia. I cannot be more pleased with the work that he did. It has improved our home in Bethesda and he did a wonderful job in Reston. I am very pleased and will use him and the company again.
Brandon came to my house to clean my air ducts. He was very nice, cordial, efficient, was very careful to cut around my registers and cleaned up after himself. I can't say enough good things about this technician. It was a total pleasure doing business with this company and I will recommend them and use them again.
I called a company to clean my dryer vent because I was trying to clean it and got a brush stuck in it. The coupon was for $29 and at the end it became $188. The company didn't find the brush because they never cleaned my vent. I paid them $29 and sent them on their way. Not giving up, I called Quality Air Solutions to come clean out my dryer vent. Brandon came and cleaned out my dryer vent. He is a great guy, cleaned the vent and everything is working fine. I will use this company again and will recommend them.
I was having a problem with my dryer drying the clothes. It would take 3 to 4 cycles to get them dry. I called Quality Air Solutions and Tony and Jay came out and cleaned the vent and everything was working fine. The did a great job. I will use them in the future.
Sonny came and cleaned our air ducts. He was very professional, polite, explained everything to us and we were very pleased with the work that he did. There is about half the amount of dust in my house than before the ducts were cleaned. It is very good and we have recommended this company to our neighbors.
Tony came to the house to clean both of our air duct systems. We were very pleased with the work that he did. He did a fantastic job He also gave us information on how to maintain the equipment in our home. We will definitely use them again.
