The last thing anyone should do is trust these guys. I these guys assigned to me by American Home Shield. My system was working, but not properly cooling. The first tech came out and took a look at the system and informed me it needed refrigerant, and wanted to check to see if it was covered under my warranty. This should've been my first sign. The bad reviews of this business do not reflect the service and care that my family recieved. We used Quality Air through our home warranty and they were amazing. Fast and friendly. They came out in super hot heat and got everything done efficiently and my new ac works wonderfully. Thank you all so much. You deserve much higher reviews.
Hired them for HVAC repair they were very professional and time efficient and had great customer service. Highly recommend!!
Quality Air came to my house on the 3rs of January for my boiler, as of now where they was approved for the work. Now I have an appointment January 20th where they are so busy. Now this is priority, or an emergency cause one I have 2 senior citizens living with me, my mother is legally blind hard to walk and have my uncle here with stage 4 prostate cancer with no heat and this is not and emergency to them. Really show you they just chase the buck. My bill is to low for them to come right out. Deep
