This place is so slow it is not even funny. They had some kind of problem with our companies account. Turns out we did not even owe the money they were saying we did. They were completely unhelpful and trying to resolve the situation. Website said they opened at 7 they did not open till 8. I had been there all night and was stuck there till 1:30 in the afternoon. Phenomenal ! Truly look forward to comeback & the guys are very helpful.
Had me pull in the bay with a full size cascadia and wouldn't raise the wash equipment out of the way so it wouldn't run across the roof of my truck. I pointed it out twice and they didn't care. Just said keep going. Scratched the paint across the top of my tuck and possibly damaged the solor panel up there as well. No shits given.
The Bessemer spot is slow some of staff are rude been here 5 hrs and counting
