Went for an early dinner tonight. Our waitress was friendly, an older lady. My sandwich came out with the wrong sauce but I didn't make a fuss, just asked for a side of the correct to put on it. But halfway thru the meal, the roof literally dropped a bucket of rain dead center in the middle of our table! Not a little dripping, a huge gush! Soaked our food, wet my phone and hit my arms. I have visited this location twice. The first experience was excellent. The food was good the waitress was up beat and bubbly. Tonight I went in with my boyfriend. The hostess tried to seat us at the table next to the front door. My boyfriend politely asked to be seated in a booth because we'd both be more comfortable in a booth, we didn't mind waiting if we had to. The food was excellent as usual.. the service was more than below acceptable at any restaurant. Our waitress was the rudest woman i have ever met. Not because she was busy either. She spent the evening chatting up customers and failed to even respond to the fact the ac had dripped all over my family. Not to mention never informed the manager until we were ready to leave. Then, it took well over 40 minutes to actually pay our bill and leave. Very disappointed.
