The food is ok, I like the decor it is fun but I didnt get to spend the time with my family and friends because I was stuck in line waiting for 3 managers to figure out how to check my keno ticket. Dont provide services you have no knowledge of, it is a disservice to your business and your customers.
We were just here Saturday night, poor service.. we actually had to get up and get our own drinks.. it took 45 minutes for our food and when I actually asked after the 45 minutes the food suddenly appeared! The manager finally took over our table as the "waiter" he told me our 'original' waitress had health issues.... common people.. well apparently your Hostesses don't... they are so bored they are doing Jumping Jacks in the entrance area!!! GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER before BIKE NIGHT!!! IDIOT!!!
