I had a bad experience once and the manager Will made it up to me. Hes not only a great person but a great manager. I heard him the whole time i was there making sure his workers were taken care of and that customers as well. He wasnt afraid to get his hands in the mix too. More places could really use managers like him. I really thank him for taking care of my experience when i came back and the way he takes care of his employees and customers!
As a family we have gone to Quaker Steak and Lube a few times and have not been disappointed yet! The establishment is clean and we have had great service. Food is yummy and not greasy tasting. Our kids love the atmosphere, fun for the whole family. Our last time we went, our waitress Abby was top notch! Fun place to go and check out.
