I really am pleased with the home and how I can be more independent despite my disabilities. The community manager Falisha has been very helpful and goes above and beyond attending to my needs. Also the place is quiet and well kept.
This was not a good experience at all. I am however finally in the unit but there were many things that went wrong that should not have and caused confusion, delay, and chaos. The units are very nice however, the process to get the place was chaotic and I had to reach out to PHFA and corporate to get things handled Corporate never returned my phone calls. I still believe that calculations were not done correctly and I was not made aware of monthly inspections until it was time to sign the lease. Corporate still has not respo... read more
