Angela and Karen have been a tremendous help for me since I started looking for a new place to call home. Every time I have called or visited, they have been extremely thorough and kind. Absolutely loved living at Quail Ridge Highland! A safe, beautiful complex in Bartlett that is really stunning in the fall. The area is quiet and the walls are thick (so peaceful!), and maintenance requests are handled lightning-fast. The best apartment experience I've ever had!
I want to say that we are so thankful to the maintenance staff at the Highlands Apartments. So glad to have met Steve and get to say Hi anytime we get a chance. When a work order is placed Steve and his team get right on it and make sure the issue is resolved in a very timely manor. Big shout out to the team as they work many hours and in the climate changes that don’t make the situation very pleasing. Thank you Steve and team!!!!
