I’ve lived at Quail Ridge Townhomes, managed by The Wooten Company, for a year now. Before that I lived in the Quail Ridge Apartments for 3-4 years. I upgraded to a townhome for the additional space it provides as well as a third bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, and washer dryer hookups. My stay at both Quail Ridge properties has been relatively hassle free. My townhome has pretty much everything I need. I have a good sized kitchen and a huge living room. I have lived in Quail Ridge East for two years now and it's about to be three. I think the management is quick to respond to any questions, comments, concerns, or needs. They are efficient and keep the ground clean. They actually respond to tenants. They even promptly take care of problems with other tenants. They perform the routine maintenance and give advance notice for any workers being in your home. They have clean pools and are pet friendly.

The price, convenience, great management and great neighbors are why we will be renewing another year. We currently live in the Duplexes and it's nice to have a basement to store all your stuff.
