This is an excellent apartment complex! I love the location, lawn care quality, quietness, and my wonderful property manager, Nancy Deer. If you're looking for an affordable place in the Springfield area, I HIGHLY recommend!
I really love living here! The property management is second to none and the staff is awesome! I recently signed my 6th year lease. The property is close to the highway and between Battlefield Road and Sunshine, which is really handy.

I have lived 5 years at Concord Manor Apts. part of the Quail Ridge complex. My apartment is spacious, closer space big & the updates done few years back are great. Wonderful staff who really care. Highly recommend this complex.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the Quail Ridge Townhomes for the last year and have just renewed my lease with them. It is a nice quiet part of town and I never have issues with maintenance getting done once I submit a ticket. The office staff are super nice and helpful with any questions.
I have lived in the Quail Ridge East Community, Apartments and Town Homes for 10+ years. I am close to everything I need to get to quickly. Schools, stores, shopping, banking, movies and work place +. Quick access to Hwy 65 too. Management staff and maintenance have been great to work with. Truly, when something needs to be fixed or repaired they are quick and on the spot. Property has been renovated and has always been taken care of the years I have lived here. I lived at Quail Ridge East for a year and loved how spacious the apartment is. I had a large living room with an open kitchen and lots of storage space throughout the apartment! It's located right across the street from the laundry facility, gym, and close walking distance to a clean pool! I loved the convenience of everything and the cleanliness of the property.
