Quiet, friendly, and reasonably priced! Great place!
I'm quite happy here at Quail Ridge. I've been here 4 years. Rent hasn't gone up much at all. Maintenance comes right away when I call with issues like an air conditioner problem - fixed quickly. I had hot water heater issue and they replaced it fast as well. Had a small leak in the bathroom and they fixed it right away. The repair spot in the ceiling does look pretty. Very noticeable but it doesn't bother me. We'll see if I last longer than the apartment building - I don't plan to move out til I die. They might need to redo... read more
You know everyone has their opponents on different stuff about living in quail ridge apartments my saying don't knock it till you try it. The staff and even maintain are so nice and yes straight to the point they may say something or even do something you don't like but they are here for business not to make friends. I honestly thought I would not get approved to move here but what a blessing I move in with in 2 weeks of approvel this is a God sent so thank you quail ridge and Jesus.
