RecommendedFair rent/leasing policies and terms, good on-site management and management communication to clients, maintenance is mostly reliable and knowledgeable, pain in the butt to get a laundry refund, great security patrols, quiet, located in a nice and growing area.

Fires pretty much every year.
Roach infected and BLACK MOLD. I’ve had the worst experience staying here. My 2 year old is severely sick from the mold. And I’ve never lived anywhere where a single staff member isn’t the slightest bit concerned about the Health or people who PAY money every month to them. They will not fix the problem. I will never sign another lease here! I’ve documented everything going on. And it’s not going to end well.
Extremely dissapointed this year with the closing of the large pool. There is absolutely no reason for it to be sitting untouched for a week now. There certainly are plenty of pool company's that could have taken care of it already and the company certainly had the money!!! Bet this complex will not be complex of the year next time. �
I like living here. The staff is great. Repairs are prompt upon request. No complaints!!
I've been here for almost 3 years now! I really enjoy it, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rent isn't outrageous, maintenance has always been friendly and didn't waste any time helping me when I needed help! Overall I highly recommend this place!
This being my first time moving out and living on my own I've never lived anywhere else but here but this is by far the greatest experience I've had the staff is nice and always helpful maintenance comes as soon as you call them and the price is amazing you can't beat it I love it here wouldn't have it any other way !
They are roach infested, they have no desire to fix this problem as well as black mold growing everywhere, which they have no desire to take care of either. I've never lived somewhere where the entire staff has no care or concern for the health of their tenant's. Don't live here unless you're desperate
