Place over charge for everything. Pool, laundry room if filthy. They charge for water, trash & sewage basis on the whole apartment complex usage MONTHLY! Even if you not home you will still be paying a bill from the usage of other tenants. They charge you to wash clothes when you already paying water! Also they will not provide you the contract they have with conservice utilities because tenant are also paying for utility (pge) for the building as well!

Rude staff , not helpful at all when ask for issues related to apartment. They feel like you bringing down the sky upon them then they will come up with stupid made up verbally policies and blame you for their job to fail to do themselves, shame ,,,, I hope the owner or someone responsible see these comments and resolve these issues

Poor management, very disrespectful employees, i never met manager when asked for manager in office employees ask too many questions they don’t want you to complain against them to manager,
