Rude staff , not helpful at all when ask for issues related to apartment. They feel like you bringing down the sky upon them then they will come up with stupid made up verbally policies and blame you for their job to fail to do themselves, shame ,,,, I hope the owner or someone responsible see these comments and resolve these issues

Poor management, very disrespectful employees, i never met manager when asked for manager in office employees ask too many questions they don’t want you to complain against them to manager,
The manager of here isn’t minding her business and yelling at my kids not to play outside and her workers tell my kids not to play with soccer balls or any type of balls. And that manager lets her kid play with balls and tag and run around but not mine or any others. She also has the worst attitude.
Renters beware. The only way that they must be receiving 5 stars is due to the employees writing the reviews themselves. I should have taken heed to the reviews from the different leasing companies prior to my move-in. The month-to-month lease option after 6 months is the only advantage in staying in this hotel-styled complex with different leasing terms, which seems to be based on the ethnic background of the lessee.
