These people are unprofessional never answer the phone and never fix anything my husband has filed over 3 complaints about the AC unit not running properly and the sink not draining, oh and by the way you have to buy your own filter to your Ac because the office never has one . Last night the window to my child's room fell out and they want a police report for something unnecessary the window fell out because of a crack that has been there due to the lawn people. get camaras, securities need to do there job.. and avoid cars been stoled. i just moved and my car got stolen.. need to do a better job on that other then that everything is good.. just not the parking they stole cars from the own parking they give u assigned parking lot and people still park on ur spot and they dont do none about it..
love it here. they are super nice
