I drove over 100 miles to work with them The experience was very good I worked with Eric. He is a very positive guy. I have never been in that dealer before. Now I went into other dealers before and they seemed that they did not care about my business. What I needed was customers service. Harley It's a very nice shop, bikes for sell along with accessories and apparel, friendly employees. But as with every dealership with the Harley name, everything is overpriced.
They are the best out there. They are the best. I have worked with all the brothers. They have always taken care of me. If I need service they fix it right. I cannot say anything bad. They are outstanding. I purchased a 2011 Softail Convertible last month.
My Trany Works super good cause of Quaid I had a problem with Skip Forice Riverside Harley Davidson, my trany was not working correctly. So I decided to go to Quaid Harley Davidson and I spoke with there head mechanic his name was Red. He took the bike for a ride, came back and told me that he does not recommend me riding this bike because there is something wrong with the trany. Awesom Harley Dealer, Never go anywhere else Awesome Harley Dealer. I used to live many miles from them. Now I live closer and am sure glad I do. I traded in a bike I had , now I purchased a Road Glide 103. The color is Black and Silver lettering. I worked with there sales team and they where just great. I would recommend them to anyone. I also use there service department for all my service. The whole company is just great.
