The BEST Home Furnishings in MN I simply do not understand who these people are that are bashing this near perfect store! I have recommended this store to all of my girlfriends and I have NEVER had a problem with the staff or otherwise. I admit, I pay more here than I would at other chain furniture/lighting/home furnishing stores, but if you want quality and UNIQUE products you have to! cute things, horrendous service I special ordered a vanity desk and was told it would delivered in 6-8 weeks. 12 weeks later, I am the one that is having to take time out of my busy day to check in about the current status, delivery, etc. I have spoken to pretty much everyone at the store, but the woman that originally sold me the peice has never followed up with me. Twilight Zone Thought I was the only one who got caught in the Twilight Zone. The women here are unbelievably clueless, especially the owner. Very poor customer service! Never seen anything like it. They know who I am well, because I've been in it seems like hundreds of times to check on my orders....things are never in when they say there are going to be; phone calls rarely returned. Design Service...Amazing! Great designers with good taste, the woman I worked with was very pleasant, helpful, and patient...she helped me find bedding and furniture that was unique and distinctive, the only problem was that some of the things were a little overpriced. I would go back just for the design service.
Avoid this store I purchased an item in August. They said it would be there before my daughter went to college. Months rolled by. It was back ordered. They charged me, but no item. It is now 5 months later and they say it is back ordered until January!!! The staff is clueless. It is overpriced. For folks with more money than taste or creativity. Avoid this store!!
