Really, if you're a customer, the service is terrible! At first, it was good. At my next appointment, two people rushed me. They gave me a more expensive pedicure and a lousy job! I didn't say anything because the other experiences were good! But today, 50 minutes is disrespectful! It's really a place you won't want to go back to! They don't respect their customers. Even the owners just want to get rid of you. They charge you no matter what the work is! If you can, really avoid this place.

If you want healthy nails, do not go here. The service was absolutely horrible. Communication was poor, customer service was terrible, and their nail process was completely wrong. The dip color was removed incorrectly and I still have some left on my fingers. Additionally, my nails were filed too aggressively, leaving painful rings of fire all around. I honestly wouldn’t go again due to the fact I paid for gel nails and the manicurist didn’t remove my cuticle !! And the nails began to lift after the third day!

Thank you for taking care of my nails. She did amazing! I had to finish removing an ingrown. But even then, thank you.

My sister and I went to QT for a mani-pedi yesterday. The staff was so friendly and engaging. It was such a fun experience . . . even chatting with other customers! It was hard picking our colors because of the amazing choices. We are both so happy with the results. The hand and foot massages were a wonderful bonus! I am from the NW, but when I'm back in town, this will be my go-to nail place! Thank you QT!
