When I enjoy the service of a professional, I am going to bring not just my business, but friends, neighbors, colleagues. After a first visit, Nancy showed an extraordinary understanding of the issues I needed addressed with my pedicure. THAT is why I set up another appointment with her. This place is amazing. The service, location, massage, people and prices. I love the chairs.
My French tip polish cracked, I will never return and the manager was rude. I had to go back in and get them fixed and I had to spend money to drive from Hurricane to do so. Not happy about that. These are photos from literally the day after. The manager said it was my fault I didn’t put my hand all the way under the light and that’s why it cracked but that’s a lie I definitely put my whole hand the first time under the lamp.
