Zero Stars! Horrible experience! I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing a home from QT. He is unresponsive and will not refund any deposit money even after your contract expires and he hasn't responded to multiple requests for an extension (on his behalf). He does not deliver and does not update you on the status of construction. Buyer Beware!
