Really expensive and mediocre at best, the guy that owns this company is a liar and can barely speak English.

Zero Stars! Horrible experience! I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing a home from QT. He is unresponsive and will not refund any deposit money even after your contract expires and he hasn't responded to multiple requests for an extension (on his behalf). He does not deliver and does not update you on the status of construction. Buyer Beware!
My Husband and I almost purchased a house from them. At this point we were unable to but I do not reccomended the company based on our experience. The seller agrees to one thing and flip-flops when convenient. If they don't like something, they just ghost you and your realtor. I can't imagine having to work with them for your warranty on a new home as they always have an excuse to not do things (and that's if they respond).
