I cannot say enough good stuff about QT Construction. We had an issue that was out of the home warranty period (with some extenuating circumstances) and they covered all of the repairs as one-time goodwill gesture. They were not obligated to do so, but they clearly did the right thing by us and that says a lot about the company's management and character. We will absolutely recommend them to others and and we are also very appreciative. Thank you again.
Zero stars. BUYER BEWARE! They spent years trying to build Riviera Place Townhomes only to leave us with an unfinished community with no proper irrigation, finished amenities, security gate, and decent landscaping. We have no entry gate, and we have chain-link fencing behind our units that doesn't match any of the iron rod we were promised in architectural plans. A ditch-like culvert that fills with water that was never properly built or covered to protect small children from drowning runs through a bunch of backyards! Most ... read more
