Zero stars. BUYER BEWARE! They spent years trying to build Riviera Place Townhomes only to leave us with an unfinished community with no proper irrigation, finished amenities, security gate, and decent landscaping. We have no entry gate, and we have chain-link fencing behind our units that doesn't match any of the iron rod we were promised in architectural plans. Really expensive and mediocre at best, the guy that owns this company is a liar and can barely speak English.
Zero Stars! Horrible experience! I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing a home from QT. He is unresponsive and will not refund any deposit money even after your contract expires and he hasn't responded to multiple requests for an extension (on his behalf). He does not deliver and does not update you on the status of construction. Buyer Beware!
