The woman who answers the phone is a huge headache to talk to. She is rude to you as soon as you pick up the phone and the level of rudeness keeps getting worse and worse until you get off the phone. I honestly don't understand how this company is in business. I never write reviews but I am appalled at how I was treated when calling.
