Horrible experience went to go take my acrylics off and when I sat down asked them to use acetone to remove since using a tip damages your nail, nail tech was annoyed that I asked to use acetone and then bring out a small drinking cup to squeeze my hand into. Health and safety hazard! And then does not cut my nails just begins drill and has the drill extremely high and cuts my cuticle. I used to love coming here. I'd feel great walking out with a fresh set of nails. Now when I go, I leave feeling sad and bullied. I only go when the owner is there now. If you visit when she's not there, the staff run around rampant like they are in a zoo. Yelling, laughing at everyone, blasting music and just overall very disrespectful.
