Rude, unprofessional, rush and assign nail techs that aren’t trained to do the service you requested. Will never go back here and hope people think twice before going here. 2 1/2 hours and they couldn’t complete a basic French tip pedicure I had to leave and go somewhere else. No empathy just complete rudeness and staff member chased me out the door harassing me yelling for payment when I had already sent it. Even though I shouldn’t have paid for a service I didn’t get. Came to LA to visit from Seattle and wanted a pedi and new full set. The pricing was very reasonable and customer service was sooo friendly! I will be coming here when I come back to visit:)
They sat me quickly and the pedicure and manicure was so good! My nails came out suuuper cute
AWWWWWFUL! First of all it needs to be condemed by the Dept. of Health, it's filthy. I watched as the did NOT clean their tools before going to the next customer. Secondly, their skill level is worst in the city. The girl at the desk is RUDE and dirty. AVOID unless you want an infection and ugly nails.
