Love my quilt queen grace frame.
I purchased my first longarm this spring..with zero experience behind me..I had several issues Grace company completely stood behind their product and corrected each issue..they gain a true fan for Grace Company..Glen is a extremely patient man!!!
Support staff is always amazing. Today I got Jason. Ended up with my having to tighten a belt. That worked great, but now when I change bobbins, it sews I the wrong direction. Guess I need another call when I finish. Will only use full bobbins for the rest of the quilt.

Your technical help is the best out there. 10 stars in my book. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, wonderful. However, I just bought a simple $10 item and had to pay $15 shipping cost. I'm told 2 weeks delivery. That was the cheapest available. Are you kidding me? $8 OK, but $15 is outrageous. I am not happy.
