I have the qnique 14+ and after the initial set up and having to send my first machine back and having it replaced I have had no problems that couldn't be resolved over the phone or at home with my basic maintenance of keeping the machine oiled still learning how to quilt but that's all me they have the best customer service around and also the fb group to help
