Cheryl was incredible ! I have a fear of needles and when I explained this she made me feel very relaxed and calm, I said just tell me when the needle goes in and she responds I’m already done Hands down best experience I have ever had with a blood test 100% recommend

Good location with easy access and parking, the rooms are very clean, directions on the process are clear and the service was caring and friendly
Cheryl at this QML is excellent! I enjoyed spotting the little bees she had around the collection room, which I'm sure kids will enjoy and set nerves at ease when getting a blood test done. Cheryl was also very good at getting the needle in without a sting and her friendly manner was appreciated.
