Worst experience ever. Was harassed by the manager, cursed at with major explicatives. I felt threatened, and afraid. I’ve never experienced this from a manger. All over them trying to cheat people out of money. I had to end up calling the police. Rudest place ever, not sure how this man keeps his job. Very poor customer service.
I've been in this area for 30 years, and using this location on/off for at least 20, but, for the past 2/3 years, it has been going from bad, to worse, ... on 11/06/19 @ 2:45pm, a "tech" name Chris ask me to pay up-front (??) for my oil change,... on my invoice, on the checklist area, ALL Items were marked as checked/completed/Pass, w/o even opened my car's hood, ... I was watching him doing my "Full Service" job... He never bothers to check my engine's levels (Radiator fluid, washer fluid,etc.), my air filter, never washed ... read more
RecommendedI’m not really sure why this place has less than three stars, the last thing I’m worried about when I pull in somewhere to get an oil change is how clean their windows or bays are, which was what most of the negative reviews on Yelp mentioned. The guy who helped me was awesome and it was the quickest oil change I’ve ever had. I’ll be back.
When There to get a basic 29.99 oil change. 56.99 was the total. The so called manager that ring me up said my car holds 8 qt of oil it's a 2.5 engine 6.3 qts Is what it holds . Sad that people that work there try to charge people more money than what they should be paying.never go there
