I went to see Dr Li to see if she could recommend pain management for my feet instead of surgery. After looking at my X-rays, she told me that surgery was not necessary at this point. She recommended shoe inserts and prescribed some medicine to reduce inflammation. One of the medications was to be taken a few times a day and because I have a hard time remembering, I sent a message thru MyChart, asking if there was something else she could prescribe that was just once a day.
