Santi was great
It’s absolutely crazy to me that the manager on shift (glasses, ripped blue jeans, black polo, reddish hair, lip piercing) is moving slower than her crew members who are busting their butts! And checking her phone at the register between checking customers out while a bunch of us are standing around waiting for our online orders as the screen behind them is full and a line keeps forming.
