Inconsistent with how they charge for the same item. A bowl with only 1 protein and cheese. Should be the same every time and if the portions aren’t correct that need to be taking up with the team. Disappointed on the general manager’s disposition today. She should have honored what I’ve been paying and let me know what it would be next time. It’s not my fault the crew don’t know their job.
I do not know what is up with this Qdoba, but it is absolutely the worst one I’ve ever visited. It is so bad it will be a very long time before I eat at any other Qdoba ever for fear of having this kind of service. My online order was late, incorrect, and tossed to me by a young woman who clearly could have cared less. She and her coworker were excellent at ignoring the three customers that were in the shop at the time. Absolutely deplorable.
The location is incredibly understaffed and over working their employees. This has resulted in the past several visits I have had messing up my order. Or taking way longer than the pickup time. It is clear the workers are doing the best they can, but the service suffers due to understaffing
I ordered a extra coke so i can have my food delivered and they gave me two diet cokes instead and my food was dry.
