Had an online order. when I got there my food was left on the counter while another order was being taken. a fly was just sitting on one of the churro chips. I didn't want it. The girl said she threw it away but I think she put it back in my bag. Flies were on the utensils. The bar was filthy food everywhere and there was meat that filled the grill and it was just sitting there raw. I was told they didn't do refunds okay. I was going to call corporate. Sign in lobby says free drinks for students with student ID with purchase of entree. I purchased an entree online. I asked if I could get the free drink with my school ID. Nope, no drink for me. Silly.
Friendly and fresh food
Loved the food and the workers were very helpful, highly recommend
I either have a great experience here or a very lukewarm experience. I went at 7:00 PM today and they were cleaning the ovens, covering them for the night, and they were out of several items. It felt much more like a 8:00 PM close time vs a 10:00 PM. If you’re going to clean up early and stop making food, perhaps adjust the close time.
