I love Qdoba, and it is generally my go to fast food establishment. I have been to various locations and have been treated well and had a reasonable dining experience every time. Today however was a different story. At the Elkhorn location I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food establishment and that is saying a lot. I was greeted by an unfriendly employee who either was having a really rough day or is unable to complete the tasks of the job independently and needs additional training. Let me explain... read more
Food is always on point sauces salsas need bring that lime shrimp longer then seasonal. Also more extra spice wouldn't hurt. But on point service and kindness
Food was fine, place was clean. Service is always very spotty. I work in food service so I understand it’s hell sometimes however it’s still a job that needs done and the standards are not being met at this location.
Generally love Qdoba and I really like this location. However the last few times I've been here the chips don't smell or taste right. From my experience working in the food industry It seems like the oil they're using needs to be changed.
