Pickup order took 30 minutes after I arrived from the time specified that it would be ready. Chips were inedible (oversalted and stale) and went immediately in the trash. Store was out of guacamole and black beans, so orders were made incorrectly and rice was undercooked. Staff was apologetic for delay as they were busy, which is understandable, but online ordering should pass that information on to customer. Simply will not be back to this location and maybe not any Qdoba due to food quality for the price.
I've been coming to this Qdoba for a while, and the difference lately has been night and day. It seems like they've brought on some new staff, and it really shows! The team is friendlier, more attentive, and the line moves a lot faster than it used to. Service has genuinely improved. The biggest win for me, though, is consistency.
