On September 9th, 2025 at approximately 2:15 PM, I placed a curbside order at this QDOBA location and followed the instructions to call upon arrival. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes with no follow-up. Since no one came out, I went inside to pick up the order myself. I saw an employee—who identified herself as Sarah—having a casual conversation with another customer. When I finally got her attention, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. I’ve been here multiple times and what I found is the service is spotty, the food is frequently cold and inconsistent, and they tend to close earlier than their hours state. I was excited to see them go into here, but the location is not good.
Came here when it first opened and the food was not good. Ended up “getting a free meal” but never actually did. Decided it wasn’t worth it and thought maybe it was from just opening and we would Give it time. Went tonight, stood in line for 15 mins with ZERO acknowledgment. None, not a HI, be with you shortly, not 1 worker even looked at The line of people waiting. For the price we paid, we hardly got any food.
I highly recommend this restaurant. From the service, to the price point to the food quality, they were, quite simply, spot on. Tough to find a place that nails it in all categories, yet this Qdoba did; seemingly effortlessly! I will be back!
