The cheese-crusted quesadilla was disappointing. Instead of being crisp, it was soft and extremely soggy, likely due to the additional cheese, and short cook time, which created an unappealing texture.
Absolute worst customer service! when you go to a restaurant and you order the same thing all the time you are fully aware of the amount you are supposed to pay due to the language barrier, I was yelled at because I tried to explain that considering I’m aware when I’m being overcharged and not given the right amount of food or the right food for that matter I no longer wanted the order after realizing the mistake on their end, I still didn’t get an apology and they were extremely rude. The worst qdoba I have been too! I'm the only customer in the store and get ignored at the counter for about 2 min cuz they are all talking to eachother and not paying attention, then I order my burrito, double wrapped and double protein. There is barely and rice, or meat in the burrito and then they can't even wrap the burrito up correctly. I swear there is just as much sauce and toppings outside of the burrito as there are inside.
