Place is spotless foods are excellent. It's our third time and I will recommend to everyone
I don’t know how my order could have been messed up this much but alas, it was. Whoever was working last night at 7 pm needs to be re-trained. I ordered two bowls and they took half the toppings from 1 bowl and put it on the other bowl. One was extremely spicy and the other shouldn’t have been at all, but these people messed it up so much that they took half the spicy stuff and put it in the correct bowl, then the other half of the spicy stuff in the wrong bowl. This location is unfortunately not as good as other locations. The food is fine, but the staff and atmosphere is just depressing. I’ve eaten here four times in the past year and each visit has been the same. The staff morale seems very low and their customer service is severely lacking. The staff on the line has listened to loud music and not interacted with me or has literally been on their personal phone while taking my order. Not very good but good enough.. rice was over cooked and eating burrito gave no joy..
Service was outstanding, I didn’t want my tortilla so big for my burrito so the manager Eric cut it smaller for me. Great food very positive atmosphere.
