First time Qdoba customer. Was so excited, but so disappointed. For a burrito. The grilled chicken was horrible, I spit most of it out. The beans cheese, corn salsa, sour cream and tortilla were fine. For$9 and change though (the chicken made it 1 dollar more) it's just a rip off. I ordered on line and service gets 2* because the first guy I asked clearly didn't look at the orders that were ready. We’ve never had an issue with the quality of food here before, but the chicken in our burrito bowls was off tasting for both flavor and texture. It tasted undercooked, rubbery, nothing like it normally does. We ended up picking out all the chicken. Both bowls were only filled up half way.
I order extra chicken and get eight pieces the size of dimes. This isn't right, flat out. I'm upset. I'm defeated. And most of all, I'm still hungry (for adobe chicken or wtv it's called).
Staff is always quick and friendly. It’s always a pleasure to see Anthony, Heidi, Malik if I could give them 6 stars I would!
PLEASE READ even though it's long. Female manager name starting with a B is obnoxiously, disgustingly, pathetically beyond rude. My girl I went there Sat night 7/12 got a burrito each. Rice was so hard it chipped my tooth, hamburger was end of the day gritty, just not good. Her burrito was smashed, we took a pic straight from the bag for proof.
