50 percent of the time I order a pickup order and arrive AT LEAST 30+ Minutes or More, my order is still not ready?? Then have the nerve to make it in front of me & tell me something on my order is not available anymore.
Dropped down to a 2* AGAIN. Because yet again people in the line took precedence over me as a customer. I'm done ordering ahead or eating at Qdoba at all. No MATTER how good the queso is or economical they are compared to Chipotle. I literally saw my mini bowl, chips/dip and soda SITTING there waiting to be bagged. She even told me she just had to bag it up. THEN IGNORED MY ORDER while she checked out 4 people in line.
