Incredibly understaffed to serve to lunch rush. Owner needs to hire at least 3 or 4 more staff to accommodate. Poor workers were doing everything they could to keep up with online orders and a long line :(
This location does not have the staffing required for the lunch rush. Only had 2 people working the line to try and go through in-store and online orders. The wait was exceptionally long to get a meal. Staff there were going through their best, but was just rough day in the office. Surprised the current staff didn’t just leave on the spot with all the complaints rolling in from customers.
