The issue is that their furnace has not been running properly the last 2 months. It doesn't seem that they care they keep sending somebody to fix it. They can't get it fixed right? And at some point it just does not feel like a hygienic place to eat when they can't even get the furnace to run and you shouldn't have to eat with a hat gloves in your coat on to sit in their building. Corporate needs to step up and take care of their reputation.

I want to preface this by saying the gentleman who served me was amazing! Chatted with me while we waited for some fresh rice. He was amazing! I'm writing this review about the manager. This manager was talking poorly of employees who were not working at the time. It is 100% unacceptable to be talking about employees performance to other employees, let alone in front of customers. I'd recommend a change in management at this location if that is the quality of the management.
