None of the young and likely underpaid employees are at fault but online orders way backed up because of supply issues. To the management not on site- do better!
Wasn't busy, but they were out of some things. Could have been after a rush. Ladies were very cordial. Food is always good.
Went on a Sunday morning and arrived just after 10:30. Doors were open but nothing was ready. Food still being put out. Connor, who was taking his sweet time putting everything out up front wouldn't even acknowledge us, smile or say give us a minute. Open at 10:30 means everything is out and ready for service. We left. Took our business elsewhere. Generally love this place and the food is great. Service today was sub-par and disappointing.
They were slammed today!! Even through it all the staff were all very chill accommodating and patient with the customers.
I ordered online and was given a 20 minute window for our food. I waited over 30 minutes for our food. All the workers look like they are delirious, slow and rude!! This is the second time I have experienced this here!!! You need a new team!!!
