I work down the road from this place and every time I go I'm more disappointed than the last. It's always dirty and unorganized. One time they charged me twice for chips and queso and I went back up to the counter to get a refund and they just wanted to give me another order. No, lol. Have severe food poisoning right now. I know it's Qdoba because it's all I've ate today, and it settled in a few hours after eating it. I loved the food here, but I won't be going here again anytime soon after today.
Service and food are wonderful almost every time I go! The manager (I’m assuming - the older gentleman who seems to be there frequently) is absolutely wonderful and such a kind person! One of my favorites!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean.
Just gross, the people, the management every single thing, except Derek, he's the only reason I come back. He's a ray of sunshine who is literally the only person in the entire place who seems to care about the customers. I cringe when I get a doordash and see he isn't there, I know the order will take forever I will have to deal with Beeeeeeeeennnnnn.
