Trash service from the management staff at this location. When I called about an order I didn’t get and the shift lead on duty told me to calm down. I never got my order and was simply calling to rectify my situation. Would have given a zero if I could. Now I will call back tomorrow at 8 am as I was told the GM will be back then
Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant before. My bowl was half empty, the chips were chewy, and the cashier was so rude. I wasn’t even all the way to the register yet she asked me “if I want to complete my meal.” Not knowing what that meant because I’ve never been asked that at a Qdoba the hundreds of times I’ve been. Great food. Their child's meal is an awesome deal. Get so much food for the price. With the economy right now this was definitely going to be our go-to place!!!
Absolutely horrible experience. I came to order in store and the manager literally told me that they are backed on online orders and I have to wait (angrily). They need to prioritize in store customers. It was not even busy, I was the only person in the line.
