Me and my family had a layover at this airport that turned into 8 hours so we chose Qdoba because it was closer than other food options. When I walked up to the counter to order my bowl, I spoke and said “hey, how are you?” No acknowledgement. She just stared at me. I ordered 4 bowls total, they were not busy at all yet she wanted to get an attitude because she thought we were done. Got a great chicken salad with spicy queso and guac. No issues! Friendly staff. Would eat here again.
I'm suprised this place doesn't have a better rating being that I had a very good experience. It was lunch time and busy but the staff was motivated, very efficient, and perfectly pleasant. They gave me a good amount of food for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again the next time I come through BWI.
No eggs and cheese at breakfast!!!! Only meat and potatoes. Employees poorly trained and didn’t know how to use the airline vouchers. Terrible attitudes from the employees, really quick to say no to any request. Wish I could give 0 stars.
