The staff was to busy talking to each other and the manager continuesly interrupted to talk to the employee taking my order. The staff took up the entire indoor seating during lunch time. There needs to be some customer service training at this location.
The quality is very inconsistent here. On good days it is REALLY good, but on bad days it's terrible. It is clearly a staff problem because the bad food/small portion size is always served by the same people. They need to bring someone out to retrain the staff because Qdoba in CA isn't even close to Qdoba in CO.
Portions are small, it’s expensive and honestly even a disappointing chipotle is better than this. It clearly feels lazy. No effort in making the food tasty. Clearly a cash grab. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that place.
My burritos were good. All the appreciated toppings at no extra charge. I'm definitely coming back when I can.
