If I could give a 0 I would, the short Latina girl is so rude. You don’t get greeted when you come in & they just leave you standing there until they get ready to take your order. She kept rolling her eyes for no apparent reason & the guy that was making my burrito didn’t seem very nice either. While the food itself was decent, our experience was deeply upsetting. As PURE VEGETARIANS, we were shocked to find MEAT in one of our bowls. Upon bringing this to the staff’s attention, we were told that a refund could not be issued. This is unacceptable, and the mistake occurred due to a lack of focus and rushing in the kitchen.
