I recently stopped at Qdoba at John Wayne Airport after landing and ordered the 3-cheese nachos with chicken to go. The service was great. The staff member who helped me was extremely nice, and my order was ready very quickly. Honestly, the experience initially seemed excellent. Unfortunately, once I got home and opened my food, I realized there was no chicken on the nachos. I understand this is located in an airport, where everything is expensive. But the pricing qdoba features at this location is absolutely absurd. $20 for a chicken burrito. And because they are clearly prioritizing profit above us as customers, there are no front of house workers. Just kiosks with very little ability to customize. This is straight up price gouging. I ended up walking 500 feet down the terminal to Green burrito for a thick chicken burrito for $9.

Beyond excessively expensive. Have to order at a kiosk and pay, then my $23 burrito was all rice and beans, maybe a tablespoon of meat, no cheese. Then they said they were out of soda. So disappointing 😞.
